We manufacture a variety of engineering components weighing from fractions of a gram; up to 450 grams. We are proven experts in controlling small components to high tolerances and can also perform light assembly and insert moulding operations as required. Our technical product knowledge is vast and we have many years experience of moulding the following engineering thermoplastics: Nylon PA6 and PA66, Glass filled Nylons, PPS, glass and mineral filled PPS compounds, Acrylics (glass clear), Polycarbonates, clear glass and high impact Polystyrenes, Polyethylene, Polypropylene e.t.c.
